18th Century Rectory

Arguably one of Yorkshire's finest period rectories, our customers were understandably wowed by the charm of this unique 18th century property, and by the opportunity it presented to put their stamp on it to create their forever family home.

 

An extensive renovation was necessary in order to uphold the structural integrity of the building, whilst the interior spaces all required comprehensive modernisation. Claire was involved with all elements and stages of the works including the build and design, working closely with the site construction project manager to ensure the finished results of this unique project exceeded all expectations.

 

Bespoke window treatments, upholstery pieces and soft furnishings were meticulously selected, with wall coverings, paint finishes, flooring, lighting and furniture pieces specified to complement and enhance the rectory's striking architectural details. 

 

And the result? A sympathetically restored family home that is as charming and beautiful as it is loved and enjoyed.
